ANTIOXIDANTS

GSI is the only local manufacturer of Anti Oxidants in the GCC, Middle East and North Africa with production focused on the following primary (Phenolic) and secondary (Phosphite) antioxidants in powder form:
ANOX 20, ALKANOX 240 AND ANOX PP 18

The facility is backward integrated into the chemical plant and has the capacity to meet customers existing and future requirements These products have their main applications in the polyolefin industry (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP), Styrenics (ABS and PS),engineering plastics and partly in Masterbatches, Compounds and PVC.

NDB (Non Dusting Blends)

GSI’s Anox™ NDB™ (No Dust Blend) high technology offers customers the ability to simplify their
process of feeding additives thereby generating considerable overall cost benefits. GSI’s NDB plants
have the technological capability to blend up to 7 types of additives.
ANOX™ NDB™’s allow GSI to blend diverse, hard-to-handle antioxidants, UV stabilizers and other
suitable additives into a single dust-free, easy-dosing pellet, offering superior feeding accuracy, safety,
cleanliness and quality control to multiple-powder dosing.

association with our customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions, in terms of new
blends, forms, volume to our customers. This drives us to expand and diversify our product range.
Currently we produce more than 350 customized blends that are used by all the polyolefin manufacturers in the region. Technical support with efficient solutions results in the evolution of value added product and in this process we partner with our customers and with our suppliers.
